Welcome to the Hamilton City Council Online Funding Application System!

This online application management tool is hosted by SmartyGrants (Our Community).  It is designed to make the Hamilton City Council funding application process easier to use for not-for-profit and community organisations.

You can register on the site now using your preferred funding contact email address and by starting at the 'Log In' tab above.  As new funds open you can submit and manage your applications through logging into this site from any computer with internet access.  All Community funding applications have been submitted and managed online since February 2014.

There are many Help options available through online guides and video tutorials when you are logged in.  Please also use the Applicant Help Guide to assist you. Please note: This SmartyGrants funding management tool has been developed by Our Community through its best practice grants management division, the Australian Institute of Grants Management (AIGM).  All forms meet the web content accessibility guidelines version 2.0 published by the World Wide Web Consortium meaning they are accessible to people using screen readers and other adaptive technology.  Any data submitted as part of a Hamilton City Council funding application is only available to Hamilton City Council.  This is a cloud based tool that meets all requirements for information security and privacy.
