JOINT APPLICATION
Two or more groups may wish to submit a joint application. In this case the lead tenant should be the main contact point. Please feel free to add letters of support from other groups to your application. This will demonstrate your ability to maximise the use of the facility.
RENTAL AND COSTS
The rent for the Facility is as per the Community Occupancy Policy (refer to pages 6-8). Occupiers are responsible for utility costs, rates and day to day operational maintenance of the facility.
The legal fees associated with the cost of preparation of a community occupancy agreement, will be on-charged to the group. Should resource consent be required, this would be at the groups cost. See page 10 of the Community Occupancy Guidelines.
